HISTORY: We are a Seattle based company with over 23 years experience in remodeling and new construction. In 2015, Alcan Construction combined resources with former Revamp Construction to expand its capabilities. Alcan Construction now has the combined experience of the two companies.
Outside of construction, we have 12 years in the high tech field, 20 years in performing arts (music industry), and 11 years in the food and beverage industry, including restaurant ownership...which comes in handy when we are designing a kitchen!

WHAT WE EXCEL AT: We set ourselves apart in the industry with our design, specification and planning capabilities. We utilize Microsoft Project to schedule and monitor the progress, Microsoft Excel to create detailed budgets and track material specifications. These skills and our building knowledge help us achieve our goal to stay on schedule, budget and build to specification.
